1:1 Concierge Nutrition Coaching Program

Are you ready for change?

This package provides the most 1:1 attention with a Registered Dietitian and the highest level of education, support and accountability.  This is a four month high touch program.  


In this program you will go through four easy steps that will take you from:


  • feeling tired and like you have no energy
  • afternoon sugar cravings
  • difficulty sleeping
  • brain fog - finding it hard to focus/concentrate
  • avoiding the mirror because you don't recognize the person looking back at you
  • not fitting the clothing in your closet
  • confusion with what to eat and how much to eat.


to feeling strong, energetic, confidence and loving the body your live in. 


This is the program for you if you are ready to take charge of your body, put in the effort and reach your goals.  

Four Steps of the Premier Program

Mindset - Building a strong, mental foundation for change.

  • We'll go over why you want to change and build a vision of where you will be in four months.  This includes exercises to rewire the brain so that change can happen, rather than fight against it.
  • Barriers you may be facing that are stopping you from reaching your health and weight goals and how to overcome them.  
  • How to set realistic goals that you can stick with.  
  • Emotional eating, what it is and build a toolbox for when life happens.
  • Intuitive eating - relearning how to listen to your body.
  • Identifying hunger and fullness.


Knowledge - learn how to eat to fuel your body and turn it into a fat burning machine.

  • We'll talk about why fad diets don't work.  
  • We'll also cover root causes such as:
  • Gut Health - what foods promote a healthy gut, ways to calm an unhappy gut.
  • Inflammation - what it is and specific foods that will fight inflammation in the body.
  • Blood sugar - how to maintain blood sugar levels and how it affects body fat.
  • Sleep - tips and tricks to increase sleep quality so that the body can go through the mechanisms needed to stop storing fat.
  • Stress - how to manage stress to decrease amounts of unhealthy hormones that promote fat building.
  • Hormones - how they affect our bodies ability to burn fat rather than store fat.
  • We'll also discuss the role of protein, carbohydrate and fat in the body and how much you should be eating.
  • Building a healthy plate. 


 

Mindful movement - Nutrition is only 70% of the solution.  Mindful movement is the 30% that provides 100% of your body working together.  

  • We'll go over how to put together a program of movement that you enjoy.
  • We'll discuss the different types of movement and the role they play especially as we age.


Putting it all together.  In the last step of the program we go over any questions and how to apply everything you've learned in the real life.  We'll also go over what to do when life happens such as vacations, illness, etc.

What is the time commitment?

This is a 16-week (four month) program.


This concierge nutrition program includes:

  • 16 - 1:1 visits with the Registered Dietitian (me) via Zoom.  Visits range in time from 40-60 minutes depending on the clients needs.  I won't stop a conversation if you still have questions.  
  • Weekly check-in between RD visits.
  • Access to me through messenger or email between visits if you have questions between visits.
  • Meal Garden - meal planning software with specific ideas curated just for you.
  • Educational materials as needed throughout the program.
  • 60-day Peloton App Guest Access Pass.

16-Week Calming the gut program

Are you tired of a gut that isn't happy?

When you go out with friends or family for dinner do you look for the nearest bathroom?


Do you hesitate to travel because you aren't sure if the food is going to affect you?


Do you start out the day with your clothes fitting but by 3 pm you like you are six months pregnant?


Are you tired of the bloating, gas, diarrhea, constipation and pain?

This package provides 1:1 attention with a Registered Dietitian and the highest level of education, support and accountability.  This is a four-month (16-week) high touch program:


In this program you will go through four easy steps that will help:


  • decrease and/or eliminate episodes of diarrhea and cramping
  • decrease and/or eliminate bloating and pain
  • decrease inflammation and water retention
  • increase confidence in food choices when out with friends and traveling
  • decrease migraines and headaches
  • increase energy levels
  • allow you to go out and travel without anxiety.


This is the program for you if you are ready to take charge of your body, put in the effort and reach your goals.  


In this program you will go through four easy steps that will take you from lan u;nhappy gut to a calm gut.  

Four Steps of the calming your gut Program

  1. Identify - We'll start with identifying foods that are causing symptoms.  This first step also includes MRT testing that will identify foods that you are sensitive to.  With the information from this step we'll develop the second step which is elimination.
  2. Eliminate - In this step you will eliminate foods that cause symptoms from your diet.  It will allow your gut to heal from irritation and inflammation.  Foods will be identified through MRT food Sensitivity Testing and FODMAP guidelines.
  3. Reintroduce - Once the gut has healed (2-3 weeks) you will start to add back in foods in small amounts that your body was sensitive to.  You'll also keep track if there are symptoms or if they have resolved.
  4. Putting it all together.  In the last step of the program we go over any questions and how to apply everything you've learned in the real life.  We'll also go over what to do when life happens such as vacations, illness, etc.  We'll develop a lifestyle, eating plan so that your gut stays healthy and happy.

4-week balancing blood glucose to lose weight program

Are you ready for some answers?

Do you have sugar cravings in the afternoon?


Do you feel sluggish and you're ready to get back the energy that you used to have?


Do you have prediabetes or Type 2 diabetes and you are tired of not being able to lose weight?


Do you have a parent or grandparent that has been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes?


Have you had gestational diabetes with at least one pregnancy?


Are you ready to learn how to balance blood glucose (sugar) so that your body turns into a fat burning machine rather than a fat storing machine?


If your answer is yes then this is the program for you.


This package provides 1:1 attention with a Registered Dietitian (me) along with education, accountability and support.  This is a four week, high touch, fast paced program.  


In this program you will go through three easy steps that will help you to better understand how blood sugar affects your body and what you can do to keep it balanced while still eating your favorite foods.


You'll go from:


  • feeling tired and like you have no energy
  • having afternoon sugar cravings
  • difficulty going to sleep and staying asleep
  • brain fog - finding ti hard to focus/concentrate
  • confusion with what to eat and how much to eat.


This is the program for you if you are ready to take charge of your body and better understand how blood sugar and insulin affect  how our produces energy and stores fat.  


For this program I'd like you to purchase a Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM).  You will need a prescription from your doctor, but I can provide a letter for your doctor and will answer any questions they might have.  Insurance will NOT cover a CGM so you will have to pay cash but I'll walk you through where to purchase them for the best price.  



Three Steps of the balancing blood glucose Program

  1. Identify - You'll put on your sensor and start collecting data.  We'll use that data to start putting together your lifestyle and eating program.
  2. Knowledge - Using your data we can see how different foods, sleep, exercise and stress affecting your blood glucose levels.  Education is given on how to eat so that you don't spike your blood glucose and can still your favorite foods.     
  3. Putting it all together.  In the last step of the program we go over any questions and how to apply everything you've learned in the real life.  We'll also go over what to do when life happens such as vacations, illness, etc.
